We spent the morning helping my parents finish up installing this mammoth basketball standard they bought and then tested it out. The unit was called the Rainbow Dominator. I'm not sure who chose that name because it's kind of an oxymoron it seems - Rainbows and Dominators paint different pictures for me, but who am I to judge. I slammed it a few times just for fun (the hoop may or may not have been down to 8' tall). Chloe came out for a bit and had to wear a mask because of the wind, but she had fun throwing up some points. So did Addie and Elsie. I think this pic is when Chloe was on a roll and hit several in a row. She's got mad skills. Spence was fairly decent at being the rebounder, but i think the shoes he chose to wear hindered his performance. Here's a pic (thanks Dad). Stacie learned how to shoot a layup which was fun to watch, she's got it down now so if you challenge her - beware. Tal even stepped up with her 8 1/2 mo. belly and sunk one after the other. I guess when you're the star player of the state champion team you've still got it even when you're pregnant.Zach and Mal stopped by today which was wonderful. Liza's growing fast and Elsie's energy kept her entertained for a little while. They both kept us all entertained really. Wish we could see them and the Englands of The Lone Star State more than we do.
