clinic appointment today

Chlo, Rhen and I spent the day at clinic, it was short appointment and we got out of there fast which is always nice.
She has a little GVHD in her mouth. Last night she had some serious pain in her throat, a spazm they called it which hurt her really bad and she also had a big fat lip, which is also because of the GVHD. They went away thank goodness. She didn't like that. She is doing better, but when they start to tapper off the drugs over the next six months (for the GVHD) they can tell us more if it is gone or not. Sometimes it lasts awhile they said. She is super immune compromised with all this new stuff so we are to be very cautious. Her nurse joked that she won't take her PICC line out until she is married, cause everytime we take it out she gets something new :).
One of her favorite friends at the hospital, Mike, gave her a webkinz today, she had talked to him about them last week in the hospital, but he said they were all gone, but he saw her name on the schedule today and had to get her one now that they had some more. That was so nice, she was excited. A lion, that she named, Ashgen.
