Terrific Tuesday

Chloe's a champ. She responded really well to the meds and we're coming home today. Sometime.

Unfortunately the steroids increase the chance of infection quite a bit so we're hoping we don't come right back. But, she is eating well and her gut problems seem to be much, much better.

Yesterday a little girl was admitted next door. She was just barely diagnosed so it brought back a lot of sad memories for us. She is about 4 yrs old (same age as Chloe was) and she has beautiful long curly blond hair. Those first few days were really tough so we feel really bad for them. Kids shouldn't have to deal with this kind of junk.
