After picking her up from school I realized she was due for a nap as she was being a little onery with me. So I told her she needed to take a nap after lunch. And then,
"Dad! If you make me take a nap I'm going to take your cruiser back to the store! And then I'm gonna.... kick this seat.....right here" [pointing to the seat in front of her].
I won the arguement and she was reprimanded for her behavior, but in the end technically she won since she did not sleep. She did have a long quiet time to think about what she had done though.
